Return Policy

At Lamps & Rugs For You, we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all parts, tags, manuals, and accessories included. Items that show signs of use, damage, installation, or missing packaging may not be accepted.

We offer FREE returns. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order information so we can review the issue and provide the next steps.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the return has been approved. Approved returns may be issued as a refund, exchange, or store credit depending on the situation.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events outside of our control.
