1. Sales Policy

All sales are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that Lamps 4 You does not offer refunds under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact Lamps 4 You right away so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement if eligible.

3. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if:

• The item was received damaged, or
  You received the wrong item.
  

To qualify for an exchange, you must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item. Lamps 4 You reserves the right to verify the damage or error before approving an exchange. Items reported after the 24-hour period may not be eligible for exchange.

4. Refunds

Lamps 4 You does not offer refunds. All sales are final. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
