Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can replace the item.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges when the item is damaged, or you received the wrong item. You have 24 hours to report the item as damaged or wrong item to receive an exchange.
Refunds
We offer refunds on items returned inside the 14 day window policy, from the total refund amount, we charge a 10% restocking fee. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
